A Fairy Tale Trail In Idaho

Not far from Moscow in Northern Idaho is a beautiful nature preserve known as Idler’s Rest. This recreation site has been around since the early 1900s and when you arrive, you may just feel like you’ve stepped into a fairy tale. With large, gorgeous trees, wooden bridges, log steps, and more, this is one area of Idaho that is sure to leave you enchanted.

The trails you will want to combine for this one-mile loop include Meadow View Trail, Cedar Trail, and the Highland Loop Trail.






Whether you cut the journey short or you do the entire loop, the trails at Idler’s Rest Nature Preserve in Idaho are magical. This is one northern Idaho destination that you will enjoy exploring over and over again.
